A vertical axis wind turbine (VAWT) is a wind turbine with the main rotor axis running vertically. VAWT does not need to be pointed towards the wind.Vertical axis windmill/turbine, 300W to 30kW vertical magnetic windmill with permanent magnet generator PMG and grid-tied wind inverter.
